Like the art of weaving, enjoying a fine wine allows us to open up and enjoy the natural beauty of the world. It elicits a warm and personal sensory experience best shared with friends and family. As my “salute” to wine, I created this bowl using hand dyed claret colored reeds. I encircled the rim with grapevine, making a perfect basket for wine lovers. No matter how you say “cheers” whether it is prost, santé, skal, or kanpai, this bowl is sure to add to the festivities.
