Weaving the reeds of chocolate and tan, I thought of the ancient cliff palace of Mesa Verde in Colorado, once the home of ancestral Puebloans. Sunrise and sunset here is a spectacular interplay of earth tones that I tried to capture in this piece that reflects the ancient Native American culture of North America. The earth tones of the brown and tan reeds are surprisingly versatile adding an element of calm and warmth to your interior. Made of hand-dyed chocolate and tan reeds with Bittersweet vines
